Personal Training
We provide one to one personal training sessions, these sessions are tailored to you and are held either in person at our freindly studio or via virtual sessions online.
Group Classes
We run several classes throughout the week, covering different exercise themes and catering to differing fitness levels. We hold classes both in person and online.
Bespoke Plans
We also cover bespoke fitness plans, covering individual workout and/or nutrional plans, these are fully tailored to you, your needs, requirements and health and fitness related goals.
